Could feeding Equine H reduce your hard feed costs

Equine H is a high quality haylage product so for some horses this will reduce the amount of hard feed needed. This obviously will depend on a number of factors including:

• Your individual horse and it's ability to mantain weight and energy
• The amount and type of work your horse is doing

We recommend when you start using Equine H that you continue feeding your normal hard feed and after a few weeks you can acces your horse's weight and energy levels and adjust accordingly. It is very important to remember if you reduce your horse's hard feed you may need to add a vitmain and mineral supplement to replace what they would have been getting from the hard feed. There are a wide variety of these products on the market and if you are unsure ask your local feed store for advice.
